Terms
Commitment, seats and setup.
Commitment
Every plan is a one-year commitment, billed monthly, or six months paid up front (renewing for six more, or switch to a year any time). Paying the full year up front is the lower price shown; six months paid up front is the monthly price times six.
Seats
Seats are bought for the term: when someone leaves, their seat goes to whoever replaces them. Each rep and manager is a seat; the account owner is free. Team needs at least 4 seats: 3 reps and 1 manager.
Setup
No setup fees. Rather we set it up for you? We import your lists, draw your territories and train your reps on a call for $499, free when you pay the year up front.

Billing questions
Before you sign.
Is there a commitment?
Yes. Every plan is a one-year commitment, billed monthly, or six months paid up front. Six months paid up front renews for another six, unless you switch to a year on the Manager Dashboard. Leaving a year billed monthly early, the rest of the year is still due. Paying the full year up front is the lowest price. The 30-day pilot comes first, with a full refund if it isn't a fit.
Is there a setup fee?
No. You can upload your site list and draw your territories yourself on the Manager Dashboard. Rather we do it? We import your lists, draw your territories and train your reps on a call for $499, free when you pay the year up front. The 30-day pilot already includes loading your sites.
Does support cost extra?
No. Support is included on every plan. Email support@usegroundbreaker.com and we usually reply within one business day, or book a call. Teams of 25 or more reps get a named contact at Groundbreaker.
What happens to a seat when someone leaves?
You buy seats for the term, and they stay paid for when someone leaves. Give the seat to whoever replaces them: switch the old person off on the Manager Dashboard and invite the new one. Their sites can move to the new person in one step.
