Find the dirt before the job ad.
Lead Finder compares satellite images month to month and flags land that was woods or grass and is now bare red clay. Grading has started, the GC is hiring soon, and you know before anyone posts a job. Our first metro Atlanta run, on October 9, 2026, found 49 new sites from 1 to 121 acres.

Founder
Built by a rep who did the job.
Jon Pratt Founder, Groundbreaker
Jon's first job was on the packaging line at a bakery in Norcross, boxing brownies that shipped all over the world. Thirteen years later he was back at the same company, running its supply chain technology. That's how he works: learn a business from the floor up, then make it run better.
He started a landscaping and moving crew while studying supply chain management at Auburn, ran driver and freight operations for two trucking companies, sold software to contact centers and warehouses, and then spent years selling construction staffing across metro Atlanta.
Every day ended the same way: a truck full of business cards, notes in three places, and tomorrow's route still to plan. So he built Groundbreaker, the app he wanted on his own phone.
